3500 Lacey

The 3500 Lacey project in Downers Grove, commissioned by Kore Investments, was realized by OKW Architects with the goal of completely transforming the design and interior spaces of the building. Each area has been carefully renovated: the lobby, bar, library, gym, suites, and common corridors have been redesigned, inspired by the original architecture. Potocco’s Velis seats, designed by Mario Ferrarini, are placed in various areas, imparting a distinctive touch of elegance and sobriety to the environment. The collection, wide and versatile, meets various daily needs, including stools for the bar area, bucket armchairs for the dining zone, and swivel armchairs for the lounge, where the exposed wood adds value and richness to the seating. Potocco thus demonstrates its ability to adapt to different contexts, creating environments that blend professionalism and refinement, thanks to the use of various colors and a range of woods in the catalog.
