Masseria Salamina

Apulia, Italy

Year: 2025
Architect: Giliberti Studio

Masseria Salamina is an ancient 17th-century fortified residence nestled in more than sixty hectares of centuries-old olive groves, between the towns of Fasano, Monopoli and Putignano, in the heart of Puglia in southern Italy. Today the historic structure has been masterfully renovated, becoming a re-fined residence that serves as a luxury agritourism and farm. Here authentic hospitality is comple-mented by local produce and a strong commitment to energy sustainability. The spaces evoke an elite Mediterranean atmosphere: the interior courtyard, the former oil mill converted into a restaurant and the gardens create evocative outdoor settings. Potocco furnishings interpret the authentic soul of the place with contemporary elegance. The slender Keel Light chairs, designed to combine visual lightness and comfort, furnish the restaurant's lounge areas, dialoguing with the rustic and sunny Pu-glia context. Ola sofas, with soft, enveloping lines, offer moments of relaxation with views of the his-toric architecture of the place.
